Ok, I managed the whole ten sets this time in 13 minutes, woo! I'll try to beat that time in a few days. Situps were the hardest bit, so if I can improve with those I should be able to shave a fair bit off.

Good time LT!

Circuit 1 - No kit

1 Set
Press ups
Sit ups
Squats

1 Rep of each, 2 reps of each, 3,4... Keep adding a rep with every set and keep going till you've completed 15 mins. Post the last set of reps.

Circuit 2 - Minimum kit

Complete each set as quick as possible taken 2mins rest between each set.
Exercise - Reps

Squats - 50/40/30/20/10
Sit ups - 40/32/24/16/8
Press ups - 30/24/18/12/6
Thrusters* - 20/16/12/8/4
Heaves* - 10/8/6/4/2

* Using a rucksack with abit of weight in it if don't have weights.
* Any bar/ledge strong enough to support yourself.

Last time I did Circuit 1 I got to around 16 sets so a total of 136 reps of each exercise. As for Circuit 2 I can't remember but I'll be doing both throughout the week and post up the new scores.

Thanks! Cor blimey, those look pretty hardcore, I think I'll carry on with the current one for a bit longer before I take these ones on. Will definitely give them a go when I'm ready though.

Haha it does look abit intimidating but for Circuit 1 just go for 10mins instead of 15mins and as you'll see time will fly by before you know. As for Circuit 2 just start from a lower set.

By having a good mix of workouts the muscles don't get familar and lazy so they'll keep getting stronger cause they've gotta stay on their toes.

Managed to get to 15 reps, so a total of 120 of each in 15 minutes.
Just the sit ups that are slowing me down now, I need to work on those.
