Should I buy BF?

Should I buy BF?

Postby A7XDrumCovers » Sun Sep 30, 2012 7:19 pm

I really enjoy call of duty but MW3 ruined everything, my friends say I should get Bf3 cause its more fun to play. So what are the good and bad things between Bf? Should I get Bf3 or 4? If I get 4, I'll be getting it on WiiU for purposes that people will rage upon. :-S

Personally I wouldn't call it more fun, I'd call it more rewarding. If you like your shooters a little bit more tactical I'd go for it.

So, did you end up getting the game and if so, what were your thoughts on BF3?

Took me a while to get in to BF3, I absolutly hated it at first but now I play it more then CoD mostly because like others have said it's more realistic.

Still have bought battlefield. I might wait until BF4. Why not right? But I did play it a lot and enjoyed it at a friends house.

Well i hope Mr Drumcovers didn't end up buying BF3 in the end being that its now free on PS+

I completed all the Co-Op and Solo stuff when it first came out but could never get into the MP due to suffering from so much LAG on it back then.
I think i gave up on it at around Level 13 or something like that but i really want the Platinum for it now tho so i am going to try and get back into it to grind out the Ribbons and Level 45 Trophies.
If anyone is interested in hooking up on this over the coming months and wants to hook up and play some games then let me know. I don't think i will be playing it exclusively but i do need to put in some serious gaming time on it to rank up enough.

A couple of Questions on it tho...... How long roughly would people estimate it takes to reach Level 45 and also are any of the DLCs worth getting as well.
Will the DLCs make the grind more bearable or even speed up the ranking process. (I do have the Karkand DLC already tho due to a pre order bonus)
