Ask the gentleman with the dog if he needs any help. If he does, attempt to help him as best you can. Otherwise, head into the building with the neon 'Gizmo' sign.

The man does indeed need some help. The dog appears to be guarding the front door of the man's home. Apparently he acquired it recently after his previous owner died. You ask after the previous owner; apparently he was a short-haired man, greying at the edges with a funny accent who was decked out in a leather biker outfit, always carried a shotgun. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do to budge the dog, perhaps you need something to convince him.

Leaving the dog for now, you head into first building. It appears to be a casino, filled with roulette tables and slot machines. You may gamble here if you wish. You make your way to the back of the casino and see Gizmo, a large fat man, sat his desk, with his guard Izo by his side. There's a couple of bookshelves here and a door just ahead of you.

Do not gamble. Your caps need to be saved for supplies. Read some books if you are able to do so without causing trouble to better understand the man you're dealing with. Attempt to bug his office if there is a suitable place to do so. Then wear the wire you were given and talk to Gizmo. Don't say anything too suspicious, but try and lead to conversation towards Killian if possible.

You examine the bookshelves but it quickly becomes obvious that Gizmo isn't a big reader. Of the few books actually there, many are damaged. You do, however, find a box of noodles which you take with you.

It appears that the only way to bug Gizmo properly is to plant on him directly. You don't think you're quite skilled enough at stealing to risk it for now, so you don't. Gizmo asks what you want. You decide to be direct, figuring it would be more suspicious to try and lead him to the topic, and straight up tell him you're here because his assassin failed. He chortles and replies that he doesn't know what you're talking about. So you offer him a hypothetical... That, in theory, if someone did try and kill Killian and failed, there might be someone better suited for the choice.

Gizmo understands immediately. "And that person would be you." You nod, and convince him that as someone new to the town, you could use your anonymity to your advantage. He agrees, and demands the dog tags worn by Killian as proof of his death. When asked why he needs Killian dead, he responds that Killian is cramping his business style. With a final, stern warning not to double cross him, he waves his hand, and the silent guard next to him shows you to the door. You leave, proof in hand.

Head back to Killian with the proof that you have aquired that Gizmo wants him dead and ask what he wants to do about it.

*Shotgun and shells
*Leather Armour
*Medical Kit
*Stimpacks
Or refuse a reward.

Leather Armour. We currently have no armour, but have weapons, medpacks and stimpacks.
