Share Factory

Share Factory

Just gave the new share factory a go, it has some nice features.

I managed to put an MP3 from a USB stick and use it with pre-recorded footage, I haven't done anything impressive yet, but it looks like there are plenty of options. Some tips from what I've seen so far:

1) When placing audio over a clip, you need to trim it so it doesn't extend past the end of the video footage or it will refuse to render.
2) If you wish to use your own MP3s, you'll need to make a SHAREfactory folder on your USB and then a music folder within that for the PS4 to be able to find the music.
3) Once you've finished editing, save and exit, then head to the Capture Gallery and you can place your newly edited video on a USB stick.

I'm mainly excited for the ability to export. Means my Share function is no longer completely useless.

Now, if they can only get it to capture what it's supposed to...

I played around abit with it last night. It's pretty decent TBF.

I can imagine after a while you'll discover it's limitations, but for a free application on the PS4. Its good.
